A church-site setting for the retreat

  • Made the default address a clearly labelled mock-up of the wider St John's Chapel website.
  • Added mock About, Services, Ministries and Events pages with authoritative deep links to the official church website.
  • Placed the Family Retreat 2027 naturally as the featured event and moved its full discussion site to /retreat-2027.
  • Preserved the existing English and Chinese retreat experiences and the custom domain.

A warmer, fully visible first impression

  • Corrected the hero grid conflict that pushed the main title into a narrow column.
  • Made the English and Chinese hero titles wrap safely before they can be truncated.
  • Replaced pure black with a deep aubergine derived from the SJCp logo palette.

A cleaner invitation with useful actions

  • Made the retreat title span the hero and reduced the family-question emphasis.
  • Turned the date line into the calendar download and reduced the countdown to a plain compact display.
  • Added a curated thought tape with a 20-word share control; comments are not auto-published.
  • Removed menu numbering, added the first-30 gift line and changed the venue status to “Recce in progress...”.
  • Improved T-shirt contrast and embedded the supplied Google Form as a non-interactive preview.

Version 7 is preserved by its Git tag and reported-view reference, without recursively duplicating earlier source archives.
