Inclusive recreation can create laughter across generations while protecting the genuine free time the retreat is meant to provide. Children’s and possible youth arrangements need their own thoughtful planning.

When is the retreat?
Sunday, 13 June to Wednesday, 16 June 2027.
Where will it be held?
The committee is assessing the preferred venue. The location will be published only after it is formally confirmed.
Is the household interest form open?
Not yet. Its design supports one household and up to 10 intended participants, but it will open only after the committee approves the wording, ownership and data process.
Is this already paid registration?
No. The proposed early-interest step has no payment and records genuine intent only. Full registration follows when the venue, fee and terms are ready.
What will the programme feel like?
The confirmed direction is quieter than 2025, with two main programme blocks and more room to rest, reconnect and seek God together.
Will there be programmes for children and youth?
Children aged 12 and below normally have a separate programme during adult sessions. A distinct youth stream is being explored but is not confirmed.
What if cost is a concern?
A discreet way for church members to help make room for others is being explored. The process must be approved before any promise or contribution is accepted.
